Task Description: Set up Sequence Launcher

Objective: To show Organization Admins and Users how to set up a Sequence Launcher 

Organization: All

System Permission Level: System Admin/User and Organization Admin/User 


Step 1

Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button. 


Step 2

Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button. 


Step 3

Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard. 


Step 4

Click on the Automation tab on the Module Menu Panel and select the Sequences Launcher sub-tab.  


Step 5

On the Sequence Launcher page, click the Add Sequence Launcher button located at the top-right corner of the page. 


Step 6

The Sequence Launcher popup will appear where you can configure the details needed to launch a sequence to a group of contacts with the same tag. Below is a breakdown of each field:

Sequence Launcher Name*: Enter a name to identify this sequence launch. This is for internal reference only.

Sequence*: Select the sequence you want to send to the tagged contacts.

Scheduled Date: Set a date and time for the sequence to begin. If left blank, the sequence will start immediately after the launcher is activated.

Contact Type*: Choose the type of contacts to include. Options include All, Member, Non-Member, Lead, and Membership Lead.

  • TIP: We recommend selecting All and using the Tag field to control which contacts receive the sequence.

Tag*: Select the tag assigned to the group of contacts you want to target with this launch.


Step 7

Once Sequence Launcher is configured, click Save to launch the sequence.


Step 8

The saved launch will appear at the top of the Sequence Launcher list. For a launch scheduled for a future date, the status will show as New. Other statuses you might see include Queued, Running, Paused, and Finished:

New: The launcher is configured and scheduled but hasn't started yet.

Queued: The launcher is waiting to begin based on the scheduled time or system processing order.

Running: The sequence is actively being sent to contacts.

Paused: The launcher has been temporarily stopped and will not send until resumed.

Finished: The launcher has completed sending the sequence to all targeted contacts.
