Task Description: Add Pipeline Opportunities from the Communication Panel

Objective: To show Organization Admins and Users how to add pipeline opportunities from the Communication Panel

Organization: Under Admin or System User

System Permission Level: System Admin or System User


Step 1

Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button. 


Step 2

Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button. 


Step 3

Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard.


Step 4

Click on the Communication Panel tab in the Module Menu Panel.


Step 5

The Communication Panel screen will appear. If the contact was previously communicated from a sequence or prior text, their name can be found under the Unread, Recent, All, or Archive Tabs. Select the contact you wish to add as an opportunity to a Pipeline. 


Step 6

On the rightmost panel, click the blue + button that corresponds to the Active Pipeline Opportunities, and the Create Opportunity popup will appear. 


Step 7

Enter all applicable information. Any field marked with an * is required. Once you’ve filled out all the necessary fields, click the blue Save button to create the opportunity in the selected pipeline.
