Task Description: Share Forms and Surveys
Objective: To show Organization Admins and Users how to share your forms and surveys
Organization: Under Admin or System User
System Permission Level: System Admin or System User
Step 1
Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button.
Step 2
Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button.
Step 3
Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard.
Step 4
Click on the Form & Surveys tab in the Module Menu Panel, then select either Survey Builder or Form Builder, depending on what you want to share. The sharing process is the same for both.
Step 5
Click the Form Name or the Pencil Icon to the far right to open your form.
Step 6
Click the blue Share Form button at the bottom of the field selections.
Step 7
An Integrate Your Form popup will appear, displaying both the Embed Code and the Share Link.
- Embed Code: A snippet of HTML that allows you to embed the form or survey directly into a webpage, displaying it seamlessly. You can choose from the following embed options:
- Sticky Sidebar – A sidebar that stays on the screen and can be minimized to a tab on the side.
- Polite Slide-In – A form that slides in at the bottom and disappears when closed.
- Popup – A form that overlays the page in a lightbox and can be closed but not minimized.
- Inline – A form embedded within the page content that cannot be closed or minimized.
- Share Link: A direct URL that users can click to access the form or survey externally, usually opening it in a new tab or window.
Click the copy icon next to the desired option to copy the content.
Step 8
Once copied, you can share the link via email or text, or embed it on your website.
