Task Description: Create, Edit, and Delete a Tag

Objective: To show Organizational Admins and Users how to create, edit and delete a tag

Organization: Under Admin or System User

System Permission Level: System Admin or System User


Step 1

Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button. 


Step 2

Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button. 


Step 3

Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard.


Step 4

Click on the Settings tab in the Module Menu Panel


Step 5

At the top of the Settings page, click the Tags tab. Here, you can create, edit and delete all your tags. 


Step 6: Create a Tag

To create a tag, click the blue Create Tag button at the top-right corner. Then a Create Tag popup will appear. 


Step 7

In the popup, type the tag name in the text box labeled Enter Tag Name


Step 8

Once you’ve entered the tag name, click the blue Save button to create the tag. 


Step 9

The saved tag will appear in the tags list. Next, we will cover how to edit or delete a tag. Hover your cursor over the desired tag. The area around the tag will turn grey, and a Pencil and a Trashcan icon will appear.


Step 10: Edit a Tag

To edit a tag, click the Pencil icon and an Edit Tag popup will appear. 


Step 11

Edit the tag as needed and click the Update button to save the changes.


Step 12: Delete a Tag

To delete a tag, click the Trashcan icon and a confirmation popup will appear.


Step 13

Enter the word Delete in the text box and click the blue Submit button to confirm the deletion of the selected tag.


Step 14: Delete Multiple Tags

To delete multiple tags at once, select the checkboxes next to the corresponding tags you want to delete. After selecting all your tags, click the Delete  #  Tag(s) button, and a confirmation popup will appear. 


Step 15

Enter the word Delete in the text box and click the blue Submit button to confirm the deletion of the selected tags.
