Task Description: Make a Call from the Communication Panel

Objective: To show Organization Admins and Users how to make a call from the Communication Panel

Organization: Under Admin or System User

System Permission Level: System Admin or System User


Step 1

Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button. 


Step 2

Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button. 


Step 3

Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard.


Step 4

Click on the Communication Panel tab in the Module Menu Panel.


Step 5

The Communication Panel screen will appear. If the contact was previously communicated from a sequence or prior text, their name can be found under the Unread, Recent, All, or Archive Tabs. Select the contact you wish to call.   


Step 6

On the rightmost panel, click the phone icon next to the contact’s phone number to initiate the call.


Step 7

Once you make the call, the in-call keypad will appear. When you’re done with the call, click the red End Call button at the bottom of the keypad to end the call.


Step 8

Then, click DONE to close the keypad.
