OVERVIEW OF MAPS
Hi there, I bet you’re wondering what MAPS is? Let us tell you what MAPS is, what it can do for your business, and why you need MAPS.
I will start off with our technical terminology. MAPS is a Marketing, Automation, Proposals, and Solutions cloud-based platform. I will now explain in layman's terms.
First, we will begin our digital journey into MAPS by introducing you to Contact Details. This is an easy way to organize all of your contacts so that you can market to some of them or all of them quickly and easily.
The process to add contacts is very simple. There are a few ways to accomplish this feat. We can collect your contact information one by one via Forms or if you have a CSV file we can import them all at once that way.
Once you start acquiring contact information, that is where the magic of MAPS truly can be seen.
We can start by adding Tags to your contacts. Then add them to different Sequences and place them into different Pipelines according to your needs.
From tagging contacts, to building Sequences using Rules, and or Tag Automation is where we will explore next. Not to get too involved, but Sequences are an easy way to communicate through text message and email, to all of your contacts all at one time without the need to continuously send out messages one by one.
Sequences can be very simple or very elaborate. They are what you want them to be.
Next I will explain what our Communication Panel is. It is the central hub for all incoming and outgoing text and emails between your customers and yourself. The Communication Panel serves many different purposes, depending on your needs. You can edit contacts from here, you can tag contacts from here, and you can add opportunities from here. You can also Text and Email from here.
Next I will venture into Pipelines. Which can be built to your liking to keep track of whatever pertinent information you require. They can have as many stages as you need, or they can have only one. This is up to the user building the Pipeline. They are simple to build and very user friendly: You are able to track each user's progress through each Pipeline you may have, through the Dashboard Tab in the Module Panel Menu.
One of the last things I will talk about is Member Management. It is a simple way that you can keep track of all invoices from your members. From that you can build reports for your board members or whomever else may need the reports. In short, you will see that the possibilities of what MAPS can do for your company are endless, and all the different options are too numerous to list:
