Appointments Rule
Hello there, today I’m going to be showing you the condition Appointment Updated in rules.
To begin, you will need to log in to MAPS.
Enter your organization.
Then click on the automation tab in the module menu panel, then click on the sub-tab rules
This screen should appear. For us to begin you’ll need to click on the drop-down box under the conditions side of the rule.
Choose the condition Appointment Updated.
When you choose this, you could add additional conditions such as in calendar which is the specific calendar it was adding to or changing appointments in and whether or not they have a tag.
The Appointment Updated condition is useful for a list of things. One of the most common ones is when a contact updates their calendar, add to a sequence to remind them of appointments
