Task Description: Insert Unsubscribe Link in Messages 

Objective: To show Organization Admins and Users how to insert an unsubscribe link in a message

Organization: Under Admin or System User

System Permission Level: System Admin or System User


Step 1

Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button. 


Step 2

Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button. 


Step 3

Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard.


Step 4

Go to where you’d like to insert an unsubscribe link. It can be an email, a sequence, or a template. 


Step 5

Click the Callback Link dropdown and select the first option. If you are unfamiliar with Callback Links, refer to our Understanding Callback Links guide to learn more about it. 


Step 6

The system will display a placeholder for the unsubscribe link. 


Step 7

When the message is sent, the placeholder will be replaced with the real link.
