Task Description: How to Enable Twilio Rebill

Objective: To show Organization Admins permission level and Users how to set up Twilio Rebill for their organization

Organization: All

System Permission Level: System Admin/User and Organization Admin/User

Step 1

Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button.

Step 2

Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button.

Step 3

Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard.

Step 4

Click on the Settings tab on the Module Menu Panel on the left side of the screen.

Step 5

Then, click on the Account Billing tab at the top of the Settings menu.

Step 6

Click on +Add Card button and an Add Credit Card popup will materialize.

Step 7

Fill in the fields with your credit card information and click the blue Add Card button.

Step 8

Next, you will need to add funds to your account. To do that, click on the Add Funds button under the Credits section and a popup window will appear.  (Note: your balance should display $0.00 if this is the first card you’ve added.)

Step 9

Enter the amount of funds you’d like to add to your account, and click the blue Add Funds button to tranfer the indicated amount of funds from your card to your GPS account. (Note: the Balance Prior to Transfer will display $0.00 if this is your initial transfer.)

Step 10

Next, we will move to the Auto Add Funds Settings. This is where you set the MINIMUM funds in your GPS account and determine how much you want to ADD each time your account balance reaches the minimum funds level.

In this example scenario, when the account balance drops below $10 (bottom number), the system will automatically add $10 (top number) from your card to your GPS account. You can leave your account at the default values; however, we highly recommend increasing the Add funds in amount of field to $100 or more if you are a high-volume SMS user. This will prevent multiple credit card charges in a single day.

NOTE: If adjustments are made to the values, you must click Apply for the adjustments to take effect.
