Task Description: Add Appointments, Tasks and Notes to an Opportunity in a Pipeline

Objective: To show Organization Admins and Users how to add appointments, tasks and notes to an opportunity in a pipeline

Organization: Under Admin or System User

System Permission Level: System Admin or System User


Step 1

Go to www.growthpowersuite.com and click the green Login button. 


Step 2

Enter your username and password then click the blue Login button. 


Step 3

Click on your Organization (if you are in multiple organizations). If you are only in one, you will begin on the Dashboard.


Step 4

Click on the Pipeline tab in the Module Menu Panel


Step 5

Select the pipeline that contains the opportunity where you'd like to add an appointment, task, or note.


Step 6

Click the opportunity card where you want to add an appointment, task, or note.


Step 7

The Edit Opportunity dialog box will appear. At the top, you’ll see tabs labeled Add Appointment, Tasks, and Notes. Click the appropriate tab for the action you want to perform.


Step 8: Adding an Appointment 

To add an appointment, start by selecting a calendar from the Calendar field. Then, choose the appointment date from the Day field and select a time slot from the Slot field. The Meeting Location and Additional Notes fields are optional, but adding details can help other users better understand the appointment. Once all the necessary information is entered, click the Save button to finalize the appointment.

Step 9: Adding a Task

To add a task, enter a name in the Title field. If needed, you can provide additional details in the Description field. Next, set a due date and time using the Due Date field, and assign the task to a user by selecting a name from the Assigned To field. Once all necessary information is entered, click the Save button to create the task.


Step 10: Adding a Note

To add a note, simply type your note in the Note field. Once you have entered the note, click the Save button to save it.
