Training Module 2

Member Management Description:

The member management module might play a crucial role in your MAPS experience. If your business has a system in place that has people paying a fee, whether it is monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, the Member Management Module can help. With a stripe or authorize.net account, you can take payments for a membership directly through MAPS! There are a variety of tools you can utilize for sharing/printing invoices, viewing how much members owe and when the payment is due, and more. The Member Management Module can also serve as a platform for accepting donations. Member Management can be configured to fit your needs!

Tag Automation Description:

Tag Automation is a feature you will see yourself using frequently. Tag Automation allows you to send a sequence out to everybody with a specific tag with only a few button clicks. A sequence being run through tag automation can send to ten people, 100, people, or even 10,000 people!

Tag Automation is quite easy to set up. All that you need to do is select the sequence you would like to send, the tag you would like to use, select a contact type (we recommend just using all), and if you would like to set up a scheduled date you can select that. Do note that if you do decide to use a scheduled date, it will pull any contact that currently has your selected tag into the sequence. If one hundred people have the tag you are using for tag automation and it was started six months prior to the sequence being fired, only those 100 people will receive the message. If 15 more people get the tag a few days before the sequence, they will NOT receive the message. So, if you are going to use the scheduled date feature, make sure every contact that you want to send the sequence to has the tag, prior to starting the Tag Automation.

Sequences Description:

We know you are dying to learn about sequences! In case you don't know what, a sequence is, it is a "Sequence" which you can build multiple Events (messages) that can be timed to go out whenever you would like. Sequences can be a few smaller messages that might just function as a reminder or can give people information about an event happening 6 months from the time of the sequence's inception. The sky is truly the limit!

These automated messages can be text messages, emails, voicemails, or even phone calls. We want to really emphasize the word AUTOMATED! You can set it up and let it take the task of reaching out to contacts out of your hands. Using the communication panel, you can then see the responses of contacts and respond back to them.
